4. 提交清单:
(1)图板需为A0(1189mm*841mm)大小横向排版,两边各留20mm,版式可于官网下载。每项作品提交2张图板。提供能充分表达作品创作意图的图纸,如总平面图,效果图,平、立、剖面图,关键节点放大图和分析图等,以及500字左右的设计说明(组合于图面之中)等,比例不限。图纸设计内容完整表达方式与图纸比例自定,有实物模型的作品可附照片。
(2)可以提交其他辅助设计说明材料(如设计文本、视频,模型等)。
5.文件资料:
(1)参赛者需在提交作品的邮件中附加可辨认的身份证明扫描件(中国大陆地区参赛者提供身份证扫描件,中国港澳台地区和国际参赛者提供护照扫描件),若为团队形式参赛,则需提供所有小组成员的身份证明扫描件。
(2)参赛者需在官网下载《参赛报名表》《版权声明表》,签署并扫描后,与参赛作品一同提交。

所有参赛作品主创人或主创设计师需按网络提交要求在官网上传参赛作品并进行网络展示。评审用图及电子版版权说明书一起上传云盘,然后在官网后台上传云盘链接及提取码。
5.作品要求
竞赛不针对沧州的整体布局、宏观策略,而是直接从大运河板块的具体场地入手,进行微观层面的研究与小尺度介入。同时强调设计角度和社会角度并重,通过城市修补功能、健康运动设施、智慧城市家具、公共艺术小品、城市照明与标识统等能够激发城市活力的设计,并同时提出后期运营理念,为日常生活的丰富与生动提供新的视角、新的舞台和新的焦点,最终达到城市宜居、自然和谐的目的。
(1)A0图纸:每项作品两幅A0大小竖向排版图纸(两边各留2cm),分辨率为300dpi,JPG格式,其中包括:总平面图、鸟瞰图、节点放大图、分析图若干,500字左右的设计说明(组合于图面之中)。
(2)有实体模型的作品可另附照片。

(1) 提交作品以jpg格式图片提交,要求分辨率不低于300dpi,提交图板请根据展示顺序命名(001;002)。

1.Participants
Based on the context of Cangzhou City, the competition solicits creative urban space renewal schemes from young designers, artists, college teachers, students and interdisciplinary practitioners in the fields of urban planning, architecture, landscape and art design globally. The competition encourages participants to choose sites and research with freedom within the design scope. The topic and function are self-determined, but it needs to correspond the current situation of the site and consider the feasibility. The winning entries will have the opportunity to be implemented on the site, and the specific implementation will be based on the final resolution of the local government.
2.2.Mode of Participation
(1)This is an open competition to the public, individual or team participants are both accepted. Each team can have no more than 5 members, and one team leader is assigned, with no more than 2 tutors for students in school.
(2)Participants can submit an independent work or a series of entries. Multiple entries are accepted. The series works refer to the series of creations under the same theme, while production-oriented repetitive patchwork is discouraged.
(3)All participants are required to be registered online
3.Mode of Registration
(1)Student registration:After being approved by the tutor, the participating students should be recommended by their colleges. It should be registered online in the competition website before the deadline by the team’s leader.
(2)Designer registration: It should be registered online in the competition website before the deadline by lead designer
4.Submission
All entries should be submitted in the competition website by lead designer and will be exhibited online. Images for review and electronic copyright notice should also be uploaded to the cloud drive together, and then the cloud drive link and extraction code should be submitted in the competition website.
5.Requirements
The competition takes on a micro approach and small-scale intervention to a specific site directly, rather than the overall layout and macro strategy of Cangzhou City. Meanwhile, it places an equal emphasis on design and social perspectives. With the design of urban structures to stimulate the city’s vitality through urban renewal/repair functions, smart health or sports facilities, intelligent urban furniture, interactive art installations, intelligent lighting and way-finding systems, competitors are also required to put forward corresponding operation concepts in later phases, propose new perspectives, new stages and new focus to enrich the daily life, in hopes of finally achieving the goal of livable city and natural harmony.
(1)Each submission should include 2 presentation boards and the boards should be in A0 size (841mm × 1189mm, 2cm on both sides) in portrait format and in high resolution of 300 dpi.Each board MUST be in .jpg format.Boards should best express the design purpose include master plans, renderings, key details and diagrams, as well as a 500-word design description (integrated within the boards).
(2)If there is a physical model involved, photographs of the physical model can be included.
(3)Language: The official language of the competition is Chinese and English (title and design description must include English). Drawings submitted by Chinese competitors should be in both Chinese and English, drawings submitted by international competitors should be in English.
6.Participants should consider the innovation, regionalism, sustainability and feasibility.
7.The entries must be original by participants. If plagiarism is found, the entry will be disqualified once verified.
8.Participants possess the copyright of the submitted works, while the organization committee can exercise all other rights except authorship.
9.Individual participants and groups shall agree with and follow the competition requirements and regulations. The organizer reserves the right of final interpretation.
10.Please download the details of the competition and the design assignment in the competition website platform after registration. The winning entries will be exhibited.
